With 9.5 billion Spotify streams alone in 2023, 4-time Grammy award-winning uber-producer Cirkut (Henry Walter) is one of the world’s best pop music producers, achieving 4 x Billboard Hot 100 No.1s in just 18 months (2022-24): “Unholy” Sam Smith & Kim Petras, “Die For You Remix” The Weeknd & Ariana Grande, “Seven” Jung Kook & Latto (the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 1 billion Spotify streams), and “Standing Next To You” Jung Kook.

Cirkut has produced for A-listers like The Weeknd (Starboy the album), Katy Perry (Roar, Dark Horse), Miley Cyrus (Wrecking Ball), Britney Spears, Rihanna, Shakira, Nicki Minaj, Maroon 5, and more.

In 2022 Cirkut co-produced and co-wrote the first single from Britney Spears after her conservatorship ended, “Hold Me Closer” with Elton John. The song peaked on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart at #1 and was on the chart for 52 weeks. “Unholy” by Sam Smith and Kim Petras won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. It was the first Grammy in a major category to be won by an openly transgender artist in the awards’ 65-year history. The song was also the 16th best-selling single of 2023, streamed over 1 billion times on Spotify. “Unholy” is on Sam Smith’s album Gloria, on which Cirkut has two more tracks: “Lose You” and “How To Cry.” Cirkut also discovered, signed, and executive-produced pop star Ava Max, whose songs have been streamed more than 9 billion times. At the 2024 Grammy Awards, he was nominated for his work with Disclosure.
